Cook instruction:

                  • Rinse and soak dried anchovies for 10 minutes.
                  • Heat vegetable oil in a medium sized pot.
                  • Add garlic and stir fry for another 30 seconds.
                  • Pour in water.
                  • Break in the eggs and lightly break yolks with a pair of chopsticks.
                  • Add meat or any seafood with mee suah, continue to cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
                  • Ready to serve and may divide into 4 bowls.

 

烹饪说明:

  • 将干凤尾鱼冲洗并浸泡 10 分钟。
  • 在一个中等大小的锅中加热植物油。
  • 加入大蒜,再炒 30 秒。
  • 倒入水。 打入鸡蛋,用筷子轻轻敲碎蛋黄。
  • 加入肉或任何海鲜和面食,继续煮 2 到 3 分钟。
  • 即可食用,可分成 4 个碗。
